We accept major credit, debit cards (Visa & Master) & FPX.

Our payment gateways is Stripe for credit and debit cards & Billplz for FPX payment.

For order(s) within Malayisa, the item(s) will be shipped out within 10 - 15 working days from your purchase date.

For international order(s), the item(s) will be shipped out within 15 - 20 working days from your purchase date. 

Currently, we deliver to Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei only.

We charge a flat rate of RM20 per order for West Malaysia and RM80 per unit for East Malaysia.

Shipping rate to Singapore will be at a rate of RM160 per unit.

Shipping rate to Brunei will be at a rate of RM460 per unit.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.fridgesy.com.

If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased, you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange or a refund from the date of delivery.

Please note, however, the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you’ve received it and with the original packaging.To return, please email us at hello@fridgesy.com with your order number.

Yes! Our beauty fridge has 6-months warranty.

This limited warranty is only valid in Malaysia, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service. If any defect due to faulty materials and/or workmanship occurs within the warranty period, we will replace with a new item for you.

The warranty does not cover for the losses consequent in nature, including but not limited to damage by pets, lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, natural disaster, transport accident or by abuse or misuse of the product or by environmental conditions that are not in conformance with the recommended operations of the product.

Please note, however, the product will have to be in the original packaging for warranty exchange. 

All discount codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired.

These discount codes are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases the discount code can only be redeemed once per person in order and has its unique terms and conditions to allow fair redemption and distribution of discount codes to all of our valued customers.
